I have customized teststand user interface shipped with teststand u and created a .exe file for that while accessing .exe file i am getting error msg popup of "Unable to launch 32 bit Teststand Engine" PFA for the error msg popup.During .exe file creation i didnt select any version.

I am new to labview. I used Modbus session to write and read the holding registers of external device. There is no error but communication is failing randomly while reading holding register. Most oftenly when the value goes to 255. data received is 2 bytes hex value ( 1 higher bit and 1 lower bit). Any idea ?

I have installed labview professional 2017 on an off-line stand alone computer(no internet connection).
I activated the license.
I opened a new blank project and when I press right click on "Build Specifications"->"new" - I see only "Source distribution" tab.
I don't see all other possibilities. like exe or installer and ect...
can anyone point on what can fix this?

Regarding the flow meter
Sir , i m using Magmaster electromagnetic flow meter in the water irrigation plant.after servicing this flow meter give reading in Ltr/s . but i need this this reading should come in M^3/h
for this operation i communicate this flow meter with laptop through RS 232 cabel and software putty beta .I attaching some photos for this result which is comming in my laptop screen.
problem is i am not able to write any command .

I'm using report generation toolkit to plot graph into excel. The graphs consist of multiple plots in one graph. How do i change each individual marker type in that graph ?
For example, first plot is scatter plot with marker, and the rest is scatter plot without marker.

For a regional project, which is meant for preparing high school students for their prospective studies in engineering, I give lessons to integrate LabView in LEGO Mindstorms. For this reason, the project sponsor purchased a LabView 2017 license for each student. This is how we proceed in the past years, but now the updated Mindstorms toolkit on ni.com is not available for the 2017 version. In the past years, the updated toolkit was already downloadable in late summer or fall.
So I would be happy to know if there is
a) any scheduled release date for the 2017 mindstorms toolkit or
b) a way to "downgrade" the LabView 2017 license to use the latest published version (2016) of that toolkit.
I look forward to your tips and hints!

I try to solve a specific issue. However, I am out of ideas and I am convinced that I find here the necessary help 
At the moment I am going to translate an algorithm from IGOR to LabVIEW for technical reasons.
In the IGOR source code there is a function called "MatrixSVD". This function is also available in LabVIEW.
Regretly, after putting a six by six matrix into these functions I receive different values for the U, VT vector as well as the S vector in IGOR and LabVIEW respectivly (see attachment)
Just the first column of the U matrix and the first row of the VT vector are the same as in IGOR.
Did you had some ideas why it happens to such a behaviour?

I am creating a temp monitoring vi that will display temps in real time on a waveform chart. It will log temperatures over the course of a week so I need to limit the number of data points I take and keep it computer resource efficient. I only need to record temperature to the wave form chart every 10 or 15 minutes but I would like to have the current temp as a numeric indicator update more frequently so you can see its working.
I'm looking for a way to collect data from a daq at maybe 10 samples per second to average and display on the numeric indicator but then at 15 minutes collect 100 samples per second to average and add to the waveform chart.

I'm using Labview with an external .NET table. I initialize the table and then I update some values of this table periodically (1-2 times for second). After a variable time (20 minutes - 2 hours) I receive the error

and the problem is that the parts of code highlighted in red even if they have all the correct inputs at some point they start to give out invalid references.
As you can see from the code I always close all the references, the problem seems to be the high number of references used.
Can someone help me?

I am having an issue with the write to measurement file.vi
When I use the DAQassistant data output as the data source, it works exactly as I want - column headers, time stamps, correct sample rate etc
However, if I connect my array (I'm certain that's not the correct way to do this), I only get 2 columns - one with timestamp, and one with one single reading from each indicator.
What would be the best way to 1) take the output from each indicator into a separate column, and 2) sample this data at a specified rate, continuously until I hit stop?

I've built an application with LV2014sp1 and it works fine when copied to a machine with the 2014 RTE. However, if I place it on a network drive (with its data folder too), it generates a list of missing subVI errors related to NI_MAPro.lvlib and NI_AALBase.lvlib when I try to run it from the network drive.
If I just drag the exe from the network drive to my desktop and run that, it is fine.
Historically, we've been able to run applications from our network drives, so I don't know why this one fails?
Most of the missing items are related to filtering (I have an express VI for filtering in my application).
It doesn't matter if I use a pc with just the RTE, or if I use my development machine.
I've tried unchecking all of the "additional exclusions" in the build properties, but no joy.
Any suggestions?

I am a new user of LabVIEW and I am trying to make a program using LabView 2015 that automates the calibration of thermocouples using the Fluke 914X device and a National Instruments acquisition board. I have already been able to make serial communication between the fluke device, and also to set temperatures, and read the bath and reference temperatures of the device. However, my program should work as follows: the user sets an initial temperature, which the bath should reach. Once the reference temperature of the bath is equal to the setpoint temperature set by the user (0.1 accuracy), the program should start saving the thermocouple data acquired by the National board. Since the program should work automatically, I would like this data to be saved in an excel sheet for 2 minutes, and then, after saving that data, the program should raise the setpoint temperature by 5 ° C until the temperature end is 120 ° C, then the program stops. As a beginner in LabVIEW I am having difficulties in the order of the blocks, and also how to be able to stop saving the data automatically and move to the block that will increase the setpoint temperature. Could you give me any hints on how to implement this? The program I have so far is attached.

I am having an issue with the attached LABVIEW project.
I am using Ni cRIO-9035. I would like to take a sample of 200 data points at a sample rate of Y (where, Y is less than the 40 MHz sampling rate of the cRIO). The samples would be taken 1 second apart and I would like to be able to specify via the GUI how many samples to take.
In general, the code seems to be working. The main issue, I am having is with the recorded data samples from the 6 analog channels. The values should be sinusoidal 60 Hz waveforms; however, looking at the results in the .tdms file it seems that maybe there is an underlying sinusoidal waveform; however, the data points are quite randomly distributed.
Perhaps I am logging the data points incorrectly? Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have a system where I need to convert an image to an array, perform an FFT of the array, and then convert the array back to an image. I'm aware that I could just use IMAQ FFT to get an FFT of my image, which would get me the results I want, but it slows down our main program considerably. The current method I am trying is not producing the same results as the IMAQ FFT and I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to why that was happening. I have attached a sample code that would eventually be added to our main code and the image I have been testing with.

I recently created an executable program that call my two setech cameras (name sentech-test.exe) and take multiple pictures. For simplicity, in Power Shell, I run the program by the command: cd C:/sentech-test.exe0 (0 and 1 basically specify which camera I am using). I try to call the program via Labview using System Exec.vi by using the command: cmd\C dir C:\sentech-test.exe0 but the program was not executed. The command window turn on and off very quickly. Do you know how to fix this problem?
Also I am using window 10 computer
