Interpolate(step by step?)

Hi guys, I have problem with one thing: "writea piece of codethat will allowthe implementation oflinear interpolationcalculations" 

I can use only "Add";"Subtract";"Divide";"multiply" and "numeric control". I don't even know how to start with it ;/
