Basler aca640-120gc

I used the basler aca640-120gc viewer software to capture an avi. The avi plays back normal in windows media player but it doesn't display correctly in Labview. I want to view the avi frame by frame for analysis. I suspect it has to do with reading the avi as rgb32. I tried to typecast the image to U16 but that doens't seem to work. The left side should be on the right and the right should be on the left. Also the color should all be a light brown not green and purple.
