FPGA and Host Communication

hello guys; 

i have an application with the compactRIO and i'm using the labVIEW FPGA Mode , i have 3 VIs one for the FPGA , one for the Real Time and the last on MyComputer , the problem is when i launch the MycomputerVi the others VIs are not runing ; so how can i launch all the VIs only from the Host from MyComputer
