Know of a good NI MAX video tutorial.

I built a vi with LV2013 for a USB DAQ 6009. The DAQ Assistants are set up, and I can use my hard wired switch and my virtually wired switch to turn a hard wired LED on and off. But I did this without the NI MAX. I have run the Test Panels, but I've been fumbling around. I'm trying to be careful. Does anyone know of something well written I could read on this topic, or better yet, does anyone know of a good NI MAX video tutorial?
