Labview pipes, fluids?

Hi,

I'm looking to simulate a ram pump using Labview 2012 Student Edition. There's not a lot on the net about this, except I have seen it mentioned that I would possibly need the DSC module. 

Currently, I can use Labview for electrical circuits, but not fluids and I'm in the process of downloading the DSC module (800mb). 

It might help if I admit that I'm no expert in using Labview (rusty student who hasn't used it since last year).
