How to use the low level golden template

I want to know how to use the low level golden template and how to create a pattern for it with low level elements. I created a pattern using the golden template of the vision assistant, but tht doesn't work for the low level element.

I'm using this pattern in a match pattern, and I get:

Error -1074395247 occurred at IMAQ Match Pattern 2

IMAQ Vision:  Invalid template descriptor.

Can someone please help me out?
