VIPM Package Download Directory?

Hi,

I have a machine which is abroad, and on a slow network connection. I am trying to install the OpenG libraries (from here: http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/nid/209027) via the recomended route of VIPM, and for reasons I can only attribute to a slow network connection or messing about from the IT department, VIPM is unable to connect to the internet. (I am logged on via Dameware, so it can't be that bad!)

Anyway, my question:

My idea was to transfer the packages from my well behaved laptop (in the UK), via the internal company network (which is working fine), to the badly behaved machine (in Italy), then install via the Open Packages option in VIPM.

I found this thread: http://lavag.org/topic/16470-is-there-a-guide-to-installing-openg-without-using-vi-package-manager/

I can't see any JKI related files in the locations pointed out!

Then I found this thread: http://support.jki.net/entries/20625761-How-do-I-transfer-packages-with-VIPM-to-a-non-networked-computer-

I only have the free version of VIPM which came with LV2013.

When using the 'Alternate Download' option here: http://www.ni.com/gate/gb/GB_EVALTLKTOPENG/US I only get one 'OpenG Toolkit' file, and not all of the dependent packages.

OpenG.org is down. I have no idea what to do with all the things on the Sourceforge page. (http://sourceforge.net/projects/opengtoolkit/files/)

HELP!
